How can i tell if an espresso machine uses pump or steam?

Was just wandering if the espresso machine has a removable water tank, does this mean that it uses a pump to exert the pressure to make the espresso. The machine im interested in is the Russell Hobbs rh-1915, I’ve looked all over but cant seem to find out if it uses steam or a pump to exert pressure.

I don’t know what description you’re reading, but it is a pump model (15bar). Often you can also tell by the price, as a pump costs more than a steam device.

The Russell Hobbs is supposed to be a pretty good espresso machine. It looks a little like my Rancillio.

If its a pump model, it would advertise that fact. It would tell you how many bars. In the absence of that being avertised, I would suspect that its not a pump model.
